Do you help with outfits?
I do, since clothing plays a big role and helps convey the frame’s atmosphere, so before shooting, if you have no ideas about the look that you want, I will help you with choosing an outfit for your session.
What is your turnaround period?
For all portrait sessions, the delivery timeframe will generally take 15-30 days.
Rush delivery is available only for digital files and not products added to the service.
Can my children join the session?
Absolutely. Children are always welcome to be part of the experience; just keep in mind that you will have to add them in the number of participants when booking your session.
Do you charge travel & accommodation?
I am based in Colorado Springs, CO and I am available to travel state-wide, nationwide, or worldwide. For local services, traveling fees will be required for field shoot locations 30+ miles of drive from my home point and this transportation fee is calculated at 57¢ per mile (Roundtrip). However, if the field shoot location is beyond a 3-hour drive from my home point, 1-night accommodation fees will be required.
For services out of state, the traveling fees will be quoted upon flight tickets, bags & insurance, hotel & transportation for the number of days/nights. The quote will be available after submitting the booking request with all the destination details required.
Are You Insured?
I am fully insured through The Hartford. If your venue needs proof of insurance just let me know and I'll be happy to provide that for you.
Do you give raw/unedited files?
Absolutely not, Your photos/videos are only halfway done and a huge piece of the storytelling I work to create is done in post-processing. Therefore, if you do not acquire the copyrights of the content, you should never expect unedited content or raw files to be available in any way.
Do you work with couples of the Same-Sex ?
YES!!! I am more than happy to serve anyone regardless of size, color, culture, gender, orientation, beliefs, religion, age, or disability... I'm here for you!
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP PEOPLE?
In the process of editing pictures, I do not change the appearance of any person. However, I will remove small skin imperfections, teeth whitening, background clean-up, and in some cases, scene enhancement.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?
Initial payments (Retainers) are non-refundable regardless of any live circumstances you may encounter.
Do we have the printing rights to our photos?
Of course! You will have your Print Release available on your gallery. I take these photos for you and I want you to enjoy them on your walls or album.
How will we receive our photos/videos?
All digital files will be delivered on a private password-protected gallery which will be treasuring the files for a limited time (can be extended). Files can be downloaded as many times.

Do you offer Payment Plan?

Booking with 2+ weeks in advance:
* 1st Payment: 50% - At booking
* 2nd Payment: 50% - Due the day of the session.
