What is your turnaround period?
The Online Gallery delivery timeframe will generally take 6-10 weeks. However, sneak peek images will be available 2-3 days after the event.
How will we receive our photos/videos?
* PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY SERVICE:
All digital files will be delivered in a private password-protected gallery.
* VIDEOGRAPHY ONLY SERVICE:
All digital files will be delivered in a Cased USB drive | Free Shipping World-Wide
* PHOTO & VIDEO SERVICE:
Photo files will be delivered both in an Online Gallery and with the videos included in the USB Drive.
Is shipping cost included for the Album & Print Delivery?
Complimentary albums and prints are available for local pickup in Colorado Springs at no additional cost. If you’re not local or prefer to have your items shipped directly to you, shipping can be arranged. All shipping and delivery fees are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated based on the destination and package size.
We’ll coordinate all delivery or pickup details with you once your album and/or framed print is ready.
What is the documentary film?
The documentary film showcases more interactive moments throughout the day. This is what we know for the classic long form videos that allows you to watch full raw moments including the first look/touch, ceremony, grand entrance/exit, speeches, first dance, guest messages, and any other activity you have scheduled on your timeline that falls within the hours booked.
Do you travel out of Colorado Springs?
Yes, I do! I am available to travel state-wide, nationwide, or worldwide.
For local services, traveling fees will be required for field shoot locations (30+ Miles for engagement sessions and 60+ miles for the wedding event) of drive from my home point, and this transportation fee is calculated at 57¢ per mile (Roundtrip). However, if the location is beyond a 3-hour drive from my home point, accommodation fees will be required; this may be a 1-2-night stay; depending on if it is for the engagement session or wedding day.
For services out of state, the traveling fees will be quoted upon flight tickets, bags and insurance, hotel, and transportation for the number of days/nights. The quote will be available after submitting the booking request with all the required destination details.
Are You Insured?
I am fully insured through The Hartford. If your venue needs proof of insurance, just let me know, and I'll be happy to provide it.
Do you give raw/unedited files?
I don't deliver RAW or unedited files. Post-production is an essential part of my storytelling process, and every photograph and film is delivered as a finished representation of my work.
Do you work with couples of the Same-Sex ?
YES!!! I am more than happy to serve anyone regardless of size, color, culture, gender, orientation, beliefs, religion, age, or disability... I'm here for you!
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP PEOPLE?
When editing pictures, I do not change any person's appearance. However, I will remove small skin imperfections, whiten teeth, clean up the background, and, in some cases, enhance a scene.
Do you help with outfits?
As for engagement sessions, I do. Since clothing plays a significant role and helps convey the frame’s atmosphere. So, if you have no ideas about the look you want before shooting, I will help you choose an outfit for your session.
Can we skip the engagement session?
Absolutely. If your wedding collection includes an engagement session and you choose not to use it before the wedding, you have a couple of options.
You can add the included timeframe to your wedding-day coverage or save the session for a future milestone such as an anniversary, maternity, family, or portrait session.
Choosing not to use the engagement session does not reduce or change the price of your wedding collection. If the session is used at a later date, applicable travel, location, permit, or additional expenses are the client’s responsibility.
*Must be used within 12 months of the wedding date.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?
Initial payments (Retainers) are non-refundable regardless of any live circumstances you may encounter.
What is the payment schedule like?
Booking 3+ months in advance:
* 1st Payment: 50% - At booking
* 2nd Payment: 25% - 2 Months for the event.
* 3rd Payment: 25% - Due 7 days before for the event.
Booking 2 months before the event:
* 1st Payment: 50% - At booking
* 2nd Payment: 50% - Due 7 days before for the event.
Booking within a month for the event:
* 1st Payment: 100% - At booking
